Our Team
Michael Lamoureux (Partner)
Michael works with clients trying to navigate the federal legislative and regulatory process. He also assists entities working at the intersection of federal and state policy making and helps clients interact with Governors’ offices, Attorneys General and the state legislative and regulatory process.
Until 2014, Michael was President of the Arkansas State Senate. He then became the Director of Governor-elect Asa Hutchinson’s transition team. After running a successful transition, conducting hundreds of interviews and a full review of the State government, Gov. Hutchinson named Michael as his chief of staff. He held this position until May 2016. In 2017, Michael formed Capitol Square Strategies.
Holly Lamoureux
Holly is a licensed Arkansas attorney with experience in
public service, legislative advocacy, and regulatory law. She previously
served as an attorney for the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, acting as legal counsel for the state’s Medical Marijuana Division where she provided guidance on regulatory enforcement, compliance, and
administrative proceedings. She also served as a public defender
in Pulaski County District Court.
Holly earned her Juris Doctor from William H. Bowen School of Law and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arkansas Tech University.
Luke Lamoureux
Luke is a political operations professional with experience on statewide, congressional, and state legislative campaigns. He worked on the successful gubernatorial campaign of Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, supporting security coordination, logistics, and event operations. He has experience coordinating campaign operations, stakeholder engagement, and event logistics in high-profile political environments.
Mr. Lamoureux studied aviation in college and holds a
Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot Certification.
